Trying to figure who’s who in Japanese band, EXILE can be majorly confusing.  It took me weeks to figure that, and I’m still learning their names and faces. However, that would’ve that not happen if it wasn’t for looking up EXILE band history.

Kpop Real Talk: Music Videos




Things have already begun to heat up in the world of K-pop for 2014, with the return of two amazing legends, DBSK and Rain, along with Girl’s Day. However, there are several conversational topics that continue to surface up particular dealing with music videos.  Here is the list of topics: race, culture appropriation, misrepresentation, and sexualization. From my observation these topics will to continue to be a roller coaster ride dividing Kpop fans and non-Kpop fans. A majority of those topics, we deal with on a daily basis, and can be use to analyze various types of media, regardless of what background we come from.

My Top 10 Kpop Memorable Songs

The calendar has caught my attention that the year of 2013 is rapidly coming to an end. Which gave me the idea (more of a challenge) to come up with a master list of memorable Kpop songs for this year, then chop it down to the top ten. It was definitely not easy because it is too hard trying to remember Kpop songs that came out from January (beginning of the year) to songs that are still being resealed out.
