[Halloween 2013] Halloween in Asian Countries
This month is infamous for a certain holiday. It's not a national holiday because you may recall going to school on that day. In, the United States, Halloween is celebrated every year with various activities. Halloween is popularly known from our (American) prospective, but not every country celebrates this holiday. In modern times, other countries are becoming more open to the idea of celebrating Halloween. I want to give a brief history of how Asian countries celebrate this haunting, magical holiday. I will talk about theses countries: Japan, South Korea, China, Philippines, and Singapore.
